Should you wish to enhance your spa experience further, we do recommend packing reading material, lip balm, sunscreen for sunny days and warm hats for chillier ones.
You may leave all your other personal belongings behind. We’ll happily take care of towels, robes and everything else, although you may bring your own robe if you’d like.

Getting a massage is a special experience. We want to ensure that you get the most out of your moment of relaxation, which is why we’ve compiled a list of everything you need to know.
Please note: for gratuity purposes, you may leave a tip for your therapist at the reception with debit or credit. Should you prefer cash gratuities, please plan for the exact amount as we cannot provide change.

Meals, drinks, gifts, rituals… pay for it all with your electronic wristband!
On the day of your visit, you will be given an electronic wristband to open your locker. The wristband is also used to pay for your purchases on site. This not only helps to keep you safe by reducing contact and providing you with a touchless experience, it also allows you to leave your wallet safely in your locker.

Simply visit our lobby at the time of your reservation! If you have reserved a body care treatment or massage, please do arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
In an effort to create a contactless experience, all on-site purchases must be made with an electronic wristband.
On the day of your visit, you will be given an electronic wristband to open your locker. The wristband is also used to pay for your purchases on site. A pre-authorization of $150 per guest is held on your credit card the day of your visit to allow you to make purchases with the wristband. This amount will be adjusted automatically after the visit to reflect purchases made. If the limit is reached during your visit, another pre-authorization will be processed automatically.

Your locker will be fully stocked with towels and a robe when you visit the spa. Furthermore, our artisans will gladly give you fresh and dry towels as you enjoy your day. Robes are provided for your comfort, but should you have a preference, you are welcome to bring your own.
No, there are no time limits. You may enjoy your time at the spa from the time of your arrival to our closing time, which is currently 10:00 p.m.
Our spa is open year-round, rain or shine. Our facilities have been designed so that you can enjoy your spa experience regardless of the weather.
Weather forecasts do not affect your reservation, and Thermëa does not offer compensation for bad weather. However, if you wish to reschedule, please advise us 24 hours prior to your visit. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the rainy days are quieter and very pleasant! We offer comfortable relaxation areas and shelters to relax, and our saunas and hot baths will warm you up.
Please note that in the case of a thunderstorm, the baths will be closed temporarily.
