But before fall fully takes over, there’s still time to savour the last days of summer.

11 Tips to Enjoy the End of Summer

Exfoliate

Summertime isn’t always kind to our skin. By the end-of-summer, your skin is drier and in dire need of a refresh. Shed your summer skin with some exfoliation and hydration.

Start a good book

Slowing down with a good book will give your brain a well-deserved break from the “go-go-go” of summer activities. Swaying in the breeze in a hammock reading, now that’s what summer is all about.

Give yoga a try

Whether it’s in a studio or at home with a YouTube video, dedicating a small portion of your day to yoga can help keep the “end-of-summer scaries” away!

Eat alfresco

Embrace every opportunity to eat outdoors. At the spa, at home or in town, with a little sweater on or a heavy robe, take advantage of the patios while you can—you’ll miss them once they’re gone for the season.
