Yoga in July: Revisiting Our Evening With Community Gym
What does your perfect spa day look like? First, the sauna, maybe you’re more of a Barik person or maybe you head straight to an Aufguss ritual in Finlandia. Then it’s time for the cold plunge: cold water bucket or waterfall? After resting in Relaxa and sharing a Biergarden pizza, one thing was still left on the agenda of spa-goers on July 24: yoga.

Community Gym and Thermëa came together this summer to answer the call of all those who wanted a little extra calm and connection during their spa visit.
As the early evening sun became golden and streamed through the tops of the trees on the spa’s forest beach, guests checked in for their classes led by yoga instructors from the Community Gym.
With endorphins flowing through their body after their latest thermal cycle, a gentle warm-up helped everyone transition into a yoga mindset. Followed with deep breath work and intentional instruction, the 45-minute flow-style yoga class set the tone for an evening of purposeful movement.
While thermotherapy is usually a powerful recovery tool after any type of fitness activity, guests on July 24 had the unique opportunity to do a cycle before and after their yoga class. After a slow and mindful practice, guests easily transitioned back to the sauna, the cold plunge and rest areas to complete the hot, cold and relaxation steps of the thermal cycle and concluding an enchanting spa day.
