For three evenings only this summer (with two new dates added!), embark on a culinary journey with Head Chef Maximus Navarro and Sous Chef Darnell Banman’s thoughtfully curated five-course menu. Inspired by local summer markets, with the freshest of ingredients and carefully chosen wine pairings, this seasonal menu is one-of-a-kind.
Your experience will begin with a private Aufguss ritual in the Finlandia sauna, after which you will be seated at our outdoor Chef’s Table perched above our forest beach. A Rituals Artisan will welcome you to the table with a sensory grounding ritual. Once your ritual is complete, the wine will be poured, and dinner will be served.

Each Chef’s Table seats up to 12 people. The experience begins at 6 p.m. However, guests may check in to the spa earlier to enjoy the thermal experience. Each seat is $317 and includes everything mentioned above as well as the thermal experience and gratuity. Emails will be replied to during work hours in the order they are received, and places will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Conditions: Payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance and tickets are non-refundable. Thermëa by Nordik Spa-Nature reserves the right to cancel a dinner if a minimum of 4 seats are not booked for a specific date.
